I think that this has a deeper meaning to the story.
Interrogation Room One & Interrogation Room Two:
where the captives or criminals get questioned or interrogated
Isolation Room One:
is where the uncooperative people are placed to sit alone and think about whether to tell the Specials or not too
Disorientation Room One:
this is the torture room
