Yes, I have had a friend that has abandoned me. In fifth grade my best friend told me she was moving to Georgia. She also told me that she promised to stay in touch. But she texted me for the first week she was there and then stopped. I texted her two months later and asked why she stopped texting me about Georgia and she said she didn't have time. She then said that she had to go, and I felt like she had just kicked me to the curb.
